Having worked in the industry for over 5 years, and acquiring over 5000 hours of 1-2-1 personal training, I have developed different approaches to suit a variety of clients achieve their goals. From coaching ironmen to offering support for someone’s first step in the gym, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience to guide my clients in the right direction. Researching performance, psychology and nutrition and acquiring a degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science has given me substantial scientific based knowledge and expertise in designing successful training programmes to help my client get from A-B effectively and efficiently. From pushing someone to the absolute limits of performance or helping someone overcome the anxiety of stepping in a gym for the first time, my aim is the same, that I am here to help you achieve your personal goal.
My sessions are structured around helping my clients to build confidence and mental strength in training. A true reflection that hard work, pays off.
Performance based goals is something that I am passionate about, being able to perform better at something that your previously tried has always given not only myself but my clients satisfaction. Educating my clients to help them understand the reasons why they are doing an exercise in a certain way, why it benefits them and how it moves them closer to their end goal is also what I aim to deliver within the sessions.
Having a client that walks out of the gym fitter, stronger and more knowledgeable than when they walked in is and always will be my aspiration as a coach. No matter the goal, we move forward together in the right direction to help you become the best version of yourself.
