I became a personal trainer after I fell in love with resistance training having learnt how beneficial it is to the body and seeing the results for myself. I love guiding people in the right direction whether that’s helping them lose the body fat that’s been holding them back or helping to create a much healthier, stronger body. It’s not just the exercise thats important to me it’s educating my clients and teaching them how to do train properly when lifting using the correct technique and form. Alongside training it’s important to me to teach my clients the basics of nutrition so they can see past all the contradicting and confusing false information thats in the industry.
